Key Terms at a Glance

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an Account on 77abp, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and registrations made on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You may only hold one Account on 77abp. Operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names, devices, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities. By registering, you confirm that you have verified your own legal position in this regard.

77abp reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. Accepted identification documents include government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to your 77abp Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 77abp accepts the following payment methods for deposits by players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction. These methods support instant processing in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500. Processing time may vary. 3D Secure authentication may be required by your card issuer.
• 77abp does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or deposits from methods not listed above. Any deposit made via an unverified or third-party method may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your Account. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you may be required to complete KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts and daily limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The remaining rollover balance is displayed in your account at all times.
• 77abp reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, security review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified promptly if a withdrawal is subject to review.

5Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on 77abp. Game-specific rules for individual titles are available within each game's interface and form part of these Terms by reference:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77abp does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction affecting the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed before bet confirmation. 77abp reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account without notice if irregular betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or erroneous odds being published, 77abp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts. This includes situations where incorrect live scores, match results or odds feeds were received from third-party data providers.
• Cricket betting markets on 77abp cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other approved events. Settlement of cricket markets follows official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Abandoned or no-result matches are settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77abp. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting eligibility.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by 77abp.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit in-play betting markets, or share non-public information for wagering advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 77abp.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use 77abp for the conversion, concealment, or transfer of funds derived from illegal activities. 77abp cooperates fully with law enforcement requests in connection with suspected financial crime.

77abp employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review, during which withdrawals may be suspended. Players will be notified of any restriction applied to their Account.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abp, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or service interruption caused by technical failure, third-party provider outages, or events outside 77abp's reasonable control.

77abp makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77abp shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

11Changes to These Terms

77abp reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77abp will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
